1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and whenbd ("whenbd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at whenbd.club and all associated services, features, content, and products offered through the platform.

By accessing the whenbd website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the whenbd platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with standard English legal conventions. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of responsible gaming and player safety shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of whenbd is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. whenbd operates a strict 18+ age policy. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing whenbd voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and are not acting on behalf of another individual or commercial entity.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by whenbd or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You are acting in your full legal capacity and are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering binding agreements.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of whenbd, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated game providers.

whenbd employs age verification procedures at the point of registration. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm their age and identity. whenbd reserves the right to suspend an account pending verification and to permanently close an account where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of whenbd services, you must create a registered player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or false identity.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active whenbd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different device fingerprints, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. whenbd actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical and manual review processes. All duplicate accounts detected will be suspended without notice, and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your whenbd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. whenbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You should notify whenbd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

whenbd conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID; a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months confirming your residential address in Bangladesh; and proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

whenbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. whenbd does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or any cryptocurrency. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and the current list is always displayed on the whenbd deposit and withdrawal pages.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit on whenbd is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. whenbd reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion, including imposing additional limits for responsible gaming purposes.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your whenbd account balance in under 2 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 24 hours to be credited, depending on the issuing bank. whenbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts via bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 5 business days. whenbd conducts standard anti-fraud checks on all withdrawal requests, which may cause processing times to vary. whenbd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Practices

You must not use whenbd's payment facilities for any purpose other than depositing funds to play games and withdrawing legitimate winnings. The use of whenbd accounts to launder money, facilitate fraudulent transactions, or circumvent financial regulations is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. whenbd does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Bonuses") are offered to whenbd players at whenbd's sole discretion. Each Bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include requirements relating to account verification status, minimum deposit amount, opt-in requirement, geographic location within Bangladesh, and the specific game types applicable.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses awarded by whenbd are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each Bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All Bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the specific offer terms. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. whenbd will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

whenbd actively monitors player activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets on outcomes with near-certain results to meet wagering requirements; coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts; exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay. whenbd reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

whenbd offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets. All bets are accepted subject to whenbd's prevailing odds at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended. whenbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, where match manipulation is suspected, or where the event has been cancelled or materially altered.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on whenbd covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Specific cricket betting rules — including rules relating to abandoned matches, the Duckworth-Lewis method, and weather-affected games — are published in whenbd's Cricket Betting Rules document available in the help centre.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on whenbd are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. whenbd publishes RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles. By playing any game on whenbd, you accept the specific rules, payout structures, and RTP of that game as published. whenbd is not liable for any technical malfunction of a third-party game provided that the malfunction is outside whenbd's reasonable control.

6.4 Multi Bet

The whenbd Multi Bet feature allows players to combine multiple individual selections into a single accumulator wager. Combined odds are calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each selection. If any single selection in a Multi Bet is void, the void selection is removed and the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using whenbd, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access whenbd using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or other non-human means.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or exploit any technical aspect of the whenbd platform, including its odds calculation systems, RNG, or payment processing infrastructure.
• Using or attempting to use exploits, software vulnerabilities, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or extract funds from the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in relation to any sporting event offered on whenbd.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing whenbd staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any whenbd software or game.
• Creating or operating a business that uses whenbd's platform, odds data, or content without express written authorisation from whenbd.

Any breach of these user obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles whenbd to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances and bonuses without prior notice or compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the whenbd platform — including but not limited to the whenbd brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of whenbd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the whenbd platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any whenbd content without prior written consent from whenbd. Unauthorised use of whenbd intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, whenbd's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the whenbd platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to whenbd in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

whenbd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or events outside whenbd's reasonable control (including natural disasters, regulatory actions, or telecommunications network failures).
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, statistics, or live scores displayed on the platform where sourced from third-party data providers.
• Any technical malfunction of a third-party game provider's software that occurs outside whenbd's operational control.

Nothing in these Terms limits whenbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your whenbd account at any time by contacting the whenbd support team via email at [email protected] or via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests are handled as a separate process — see Section 11 (Responsible Gaming).

10.2 Suspension or Closure by whenbd

whenbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time without prior notice if:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is detected or suspected.
• The player fails to complete required KYC or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The player's account is flagged as part of a money laundering or collusion investigation.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel whenbd to restrict access for specific users or user groups.
• The player's account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by whenbd due to a breach of these Terms, whenbd is entitled to retain all funds in the account, including deposits, pending winnings, and bonuses, as liquidated damages for the breach.

11. Responsible Gaming

whenbd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from within the player account dashboard. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their whenbd account. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased further (not increased) during the cooldown period specified at the time of setting.
• Time-Out: Players may apply a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to their account. During a time-out, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the expiry period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a longer break may activate self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: whenbd may display periodic session reminders to help players keep track of time and money spent during a gaming session.

12. Amendments & Contact

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

whenbd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, whenbd will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification banner. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the whenbd platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using whenbd and request account closure as described in Section 10.

12.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms (if any such translation is provided), the English version shall prevail.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with whenbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and whenbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind.
